How To Use The Beads
Its simple! When in environment that could trigger symptoms of anxiety or stress, grab your beads and fidget. Simply engage the beads by moving them through the fingers, feeling each bead while breathing slowly. Rolling the beads hand-to-hand can be helpful, as well. Also, mentally reciting affirmations or positive thoughts may be beneficial while engaging the beads. Each set of beads comes with an attachment for a positive visual point of your choice.
